Nothing.
Normal Bread has more yeast or somthing in it to make it rise, Holy Bread doesnt so its flat and taste abit diffrent.
I think its like those 'Flying Saucer' sweets with fizz in them.
Oh and people say the diffrence is 'Its blessed by a preist' or its the Body of Christ, which is utter bull.
