It's been the evictions - or lack of - which is the problem, and also once again not allowing a series to reach some kind of closure by letting the numbers dwindle. With 9 remaining there should have been at least 4 more rounds of nominations, especially as once Pepper was gone who was nominating who would have been very tough - and that's where a house where they all do generally get along becomes interesting.

At worst slotting in an extra eviction night before the "final" would help. Two doubles rather than one quadruple would be better for the show.
That's very true. It's BB's way of trying to outdo itself each year by putting in people to spice it up half way through a series when it's only going to get boring anyway, as every series has done when the originals have been there for a certain amount of time. And with more HMs there's more chance of walk-outs and/or ejections, which sometimes obviously disrupt eviction nights.

Even CBB tired relying on more HMs towards the end despite longer runs. CBB3 had an eviction every few days but come CBB5 it was being treated as a normal BB with only 1 eviction per week.

If BB11 was actually the full 13 weeks and Sam was evicted or merged in to the group then it would definately have been interesting to have another 4 sets of nominations and see if more arguments occured but it didn't happen in BB4 when everyone got along and still had to nominate
