Ideally you want her to see that you arent bothered by her refusal, this shows her you arent clingy in need of a relationship etc, and it may actually make her change her mind.
If she changes the state of the friendship between you then there are a few things you can do, the best thing is if she ignores you etc then give her space, dont approach her, talk to her, email, text or otherwise contact her for a while.

Yeah like, I was going to call her later tonight and ask her abit more about it and stuff like why and that.
