For the record, I believe Wagner's side of the story, but Cheryl had every right to bring it up seeing as before he explained himself, she was under the impression that it was true - in which case Wagner had slagged her off to the nations press. That's even bigger than the X Factor, so you could pretty much say he was trying to belittle her in front of millions of people too.

Wagner said he didnt know the man was a journalist though. Either way it was impossible for Cheryl to know the full details of what he had said or why he had said it and that's why I dont really think it was appropiate to do what she did.
Even if she did know all the details and Wagner had very clearly been slagging her off I still think she shouldnt air personal squabbles on live television when she's meant to be judging a performance.
