I couldn't begin to tell you because I have no idea about the English education system. But my course on it's own is useless. It's just a launching pad to meet people in the industry, make contacts and progress to an even further course. A lot of the things you listed as future careers are based on who you know. You don't really throw around CV's to start getting gigs on sets of TV shows. You have to climb the ladder based on who you know and chances are you are going to start out making the director or floor managers coffee. Everyone starts that way.
You'd want to be really good at English as a natural starting point for a lot of this. They are looking for right brained people with creativity and a flair for visual imagery and communicating ideas.
