Kind of, not really.
It looked like it in the trailers - but the guy in the review said the outcome of the interrogations doesn't really effect the storyline.
So it's not that much like Heavy Rain, more like Mafia 2
There should be more Heavy Rain like games for the Xbox aswell, that kind of gaming is far better than the simple minded Call of Duty bollocks.

True actually, if you look at the driving though - it reminds me of like Vice City LOL.
Maybe it's because everyone hated GTA IV's driving when it just came out, because you would slide of the road and stuff - they've probably fixed that.
I can't wait now - there'll be like loads of reviews now on YouTube from Gamespot and stuff since the game is out in the US tomorrow.
Just have to be careful though to stay away from the bastards that spoil the ending.
