OMFG that happened to me on Friday with a chippy.
I ordered like a Baguette thing and they gave me it cold - I rang back and they were all 'Sorry, next time you order from us you can have it free.'
I was like 'Any meal free? That's grand thanks.'
They were all 'No, No Sir - just the baguette free.' and I was like 'So what if I change what I get in the baguette?' and they were like 'No it has to be the same as what you got tonight.'
I just hung up, kicked a wall and hurt myself and then went to sit down really depressed.
