I swear if you look at the houses like BB7 with more than one theme - they kind of tie in with eachother.
But BB11's is a joke

It's literally as if they started of building the house as a heaven theme.
Got to the Bathroom and remembered they would have UBB so decided to paint little Big Brother pictures on the wallpaper - then forgot all about that and decided it'd be a great idea to have a carnival theme so the Daily Star may use the headline 'It's a Carnival of a Series!'.
The producers didn't have a clue what was happening.
