Wet rooms are posh
My mum has one in her loft conversion (she also has a conservatory
) and its just a full room where water comes from the ceiling instead of a shower head. But what noone realised when they designed it was that you can't have your towel in the wet room with you, you have to leave it outside which is effectively at the top of a slight of stairs so you have to open the door stark bollock naked and its usually freezing. I bet that wouldn't be any good in student accomodation
She used to have a fireplace as well (not in the wet room) until her old dog went a bit too close and set her tail on fire
