Who was the most vehement about saying No? It was Aaron. He was almost passionate about not doing it so he was beyond redemption. Also, Aaron basically KNEW what they were doing anyway as he shook his head and called them "idiots" when they went in to do it. Even if they did approach Aaron about it, he would have still said No.
It was actually a tremendously selfless and lovely thing that Jay and Louise did. Not many people in this world would sacrifice 500 pounds of their winnings to make others happy on their birthday. In fact, Jay and Louise are rather simple people and pretty genuine - what you see is what you get. They would not have done any of it to "play for the cameras" and I actually find it extremely ironic that someone like Aaron would accuse of them being ingenuine when he has been the MOST ingenuine person in the house, constantly playing up to the cameras, constantly deceiving and manipulating to reach the finishing line.
