He talks and acts like he's 80 and not 40, unless he was with Frankie when he thought he was still a 20 year old lad.
I hate how he (and Kelly) both criticise everyone other than their own acts. Kelly's habit of arguing with Louis when he says something bad about an act and she disagrees, but won't touch another judge if they say similar things, winds me up too. The two of them have to go, they're even worse than Simon & Cheryl.

Kelly would have had a break down if Louis or Tulisa said the tactical voting thing after slating Janet beforehand, but in her eyes Gary can do no wrong. The two of them need bringing down a level or two. Kelly is famous for being Beyonce's backing singer and Gary is only there because they probably couldn't afford Robbie.
The whole panel worked really well at first but its just a mess now and needs another shake up next year. If they didn't have their own categories and were just judging like American Idol, so it would be like the auditions, I think this would be the best panel yet.
