No it's called being a selfish back-stabbing prick. They
never made an agreement on the presents, all that happened was Aaron declared himself out and told Jay and Louise to go ahead if they wanted to do - that's what they did.
It's blindingly obvious how the situations are different, and you would see it too if you weren't just commited to defend Aaron no matter what
