People make money from next elimination betting simply because they can read between the lines of the show. It's not really a conspiracy, but producers are pulling strings more than we can think. As said, what is the real purpose of a sing-off anyway? So the producers keep control.
Don't be surprised if next week they sabotage Amelia bringing back the shouting stuff.

Completely agree, I'm surprised OFCOM haven't got involved yet because its not a fair competition and it goes back as far as series 3/4. Series 1-3 were quite fair apart from Simon's overhyping of Leona (but to be fair to her she was the most talented). In series 4 they had a massive anti-Rhydian campaign but spectacularly backtracked when they realised the talent that year was appalling and a Leon/Same Difference final 2 could've been the death of the show
