Its horrible! I hate everything being organised and I hate giving people rubbish service but you have to when its busy. *Luckily* I have an operation in a couple of days so I'll be off for 2 weeks (comes to something when thats a positive
) but back in time for the mad rush right before Christmas, then off on baby leave during the sales, plus holidays. Winner
