The bit I've bolded was why I misunderstood what you were saying, I read it as the man does it anyway not that the girl does, if you get what I mean?

Well, that's just silly, you can't force someone to consent (unless you threaten to kill their family if they don't or something
) Though I do agree that figure seems extremely high
