In all seriousness. Partridge. But I expect you wont do that because it is the finer choice.
However if you end up opting for the Bolognese I hope you are using only the finest wholemeal (brown) pasta. It is far nicer tasting, is better at absorbing the sauce and is wildly healthier.

If you use white pasta I hypothetically vomit on your existence.
