He almost killed him in a fire, was prepared to go to prison for life and leave him behind even though he was innocent and the way he dumped Leanne and took her away from Simon and then moved his new bit in straight away was horrible and not how you're supposed to deal with situations like that, it's no wonder Simon hated carla
