The only problem with the coaches that i have is I don't think they're completely honest.
When Raelynn sang "Wakeup Call" by Maroon 5 (Adam's Band) Adam hated it the whole way through with the look on his face. He just didn't say it.
Meanwhile Ceelo continues to be hilariously over the top.

I think because they label themselves as 'coaches', it has an impact on how they are with the acts. I actually like it how they're not too harsh on the contestants, the 'judges' on X Factor for example have got away with a lot of bitchy, unecessary commentary IMO, so I like how they're more humble.
AND YES ERIN MARTIN?!?!
I think she has something special and distinctive about her voice, it makes me want to listen to her more. I never liked Raelynn either, I never really saw her as a contender to win. However, I thought her performance on the live show was really good, I love how she gave attitude, and her voice is sooo cute!
I'm really glad someone else watches this show, it'll be great to discuss with someone.
