all artists in ahoy could very easily be doable, 2 weeks of quarantaine for example, how sportspeople do it before tournaments, matches they also get special work permission to leave country


as for audience with scenario B, i'd say venue employees who helped build the stage, or some health care workers who could use a break after hard work, and deserve few nights of fun too
