Well, seeing as I happened to be talking about myself, and me getting the strap and why I got it : I think I'm mabye, just maybe, in a better position to say whether I felt it was abuse or violent - and I didn't. Indeed, it was very much seen as a
badge of honour half the time by the other pupils.
