Spoiler: They could do like a 6 part mini-series, one about each main character that got off the Island. Sawyer, Kate, Claire, Richard, Miles, and Lapidus.
The first 4 would definitely need an episode each, Miles and Lapidus weren't that important in the end so could maybe do with a joint episode. And the finale could be an Island centric, one Ben/Hurley/Desmond/Walt.
