I still don't like the idea of a blanket ban which assumes that someone under the age of 16 who's out after 9
must be causing trouble, it's all quite patronising really. They should be doing more work to try and prevent the genuine troublemakers, instead of bringing in sweeping legislation which punishes the innocent just as much as it does the guilty
