Exactly. People pick favourite HMs for their personality (most people anyway......I'll name no names
) and a big part of deciding if you like a persons personality or not is seeing how they handle awkward situations/arguments, it's a big part of why I like both Deana and Adam actually and I feel sorry for neither but I respect how they deal with horrible situations
