I have once
I was about 17 and sat at the bus stop hungover. I farted but put a bit too much force and strain into it and all hell broke loose in my boxers. Luckily the bus stop was outside my house so I shuffled discreetly away and back in, had a shower and changed. I was late for work because of it and paranoid all day that it was going to happen again while I was serving a table.
