The problem with the whole premise of the show, is that to serious business people in London, earning £100k would be a step down. I know that seems a strange thing to say, but it's true. I think a better show would be to take a group of people from long term unemployment, train them, then give them tasks like these, allowing employers to see their skills and personalities on display.

Agree with this.
If I was starting a business I don't think I'd want LS as a partner for fear he'll try and take over but I'll happily take his quarter mill and the TV exposure an appearance on the show will give the business.
