Stairmaster. It's great for the thighs and butt and really makes you sweat. You definitely feel like you accomplished something.
in terms of weights, I like the one where you pull the bar down to your chest. It really feels like it's making your chest and shoulders bigger, and what guy doesn't want a bigger chest and shoulders?
