But a lot of gay men...you wouldnt know it until they start necking on with a bloke in front of you. They probably 'act' a lot straighter than most straight people do.
Same as not all lesbians are butch...and you cant tell if a girl is gay or not just by their mannerisms...

I get way too defensive when people think camp = gay. Possibly because of my mates tbh.
