How would he know unless someone from the outside had told him!

Now we have Sam attacking Dexter over everything and anything. He suddenly decides to have a go at Dexter over his g/f one day before the final?
Sam hasn't got the nous to come up with this himself. Sam has obviously been told to do it!
Its payback time for Dexter after he treated Callum like his personal pin cushion, constantly prodding him and trying to wind him up, Dexter is getting it back now and he cant take it, sad little weasel shouldnt have given it then

Between Sam & Charlie, they have finished Dexter lol
