Obviously, we don't see everything that happens in the DR, but there has always been suspicions that the Production Team have been schooling certain housemates on how to behave.

Starting with Jade back in BB3 whose character suddenly changed from the person that bullied Sophie to a lot more likeable character that was shown later on in that series.

Then we had Richard during BB7 who daily diary room monologue just seem to reflect the storyline the producers wanted to put out.

It became more obvious during BB9 with Mikey. He even gave the game away during his interview with Davina when he said that he knew that the storyline arising during the Thriller Task where Rex and his g/f were shown treating him badly was a big story. How would he know unless someone from the outside had told him!

Now we have Sam attacking Dexter over everything and anything. He suddenly decides to have a go at Dexter over his g/f one day before the final?
Sam hasn't got the nous to come up with this himself. Sam has obviously been told to do it!
