Don't think he really thought about what he was saying, mainly commenting on how stupid it is that we're already hoping to get this guy to play for us when he's only been in the country a couple of years atm and saying we shouldn't make him a British citizen purely so he can play for our national team

In general though he's wrong, we'd lose a big chunk of our best athletes if we only allowed those who were actually born in this country
