That's what I think it will be. A larger version of the European Union with more effective powers but independent nations will probably keep their sovereignty.
However, I think in 200 years times the following will be the case;
1) Religion will be in major remission
2) People will be so integrated that nationalities will become nothing more than a term of identity.
3) the appetite for finding resources outside of our planet will be too much for super corporations to ignore.

Recently it seems to be going the other way first two though, Islam is growing all the time and playing a bigger part in how a lot of countries govern themselves in places like Turkey, and it's played a big role in the Arab spring in Libya, Syria, and sort of Egypt though Morsi has been toppled now. I also think the Catholic Church is resurging a bit, especially in South America and that will only carry on with having an Argentinian Pope now
And there's also more countries being created now not less, Kosovo and South Sudan are a couple of recent ones I can think of, and there's still lots of nationalist groups still trying to break away and create independent nations
