We should be looking at the real issues in society like the pay gap in order to combat sexism, I hardly think telling men to just be more well mannered in front of women is a big issue. But even if if is a problem it wasn't in Liz's nature to be sexist so she shouldn't be painted as one, as I said it's just a common courtesy in this country.
