I like Liz and Linda but I'm sorry Salman their comments were quite sexist, now don't get me wrong I'm not one of these that likes to bring misandry into the equation every time genuine instances of misogyny arise in an attempt to deflect attention away from the real problem in some petty kind of tit-for-tat exchange, or pretend that female-to-male sexism is as much as a problem as its antithesis because it definitely isn't, but across the board there are preordained beliefs and ideas about men and women and the way in which they should conduct themselves that are inherently sexist

Whether it's the idea that women should do domestic tasks like ironing and cleaning, or telling guys that dare to show any emotion to 'man up' - these beliefs are unequal in nature and only further concepts of masculinity and femininity, which isn't helpful to society at all, boundaries between men and women are becoming increasingly blurred and that's a good thing, we don't want that to be slowed down
