It turns out the man with walking stick is brother of a UKIP MEP.

Now his obnoxious outrage is explained. He wanted to defend Nigel Farage by making Russell Brand look as small as possible.

I'm glad Russell kept his dignity and remained quiet after his rant because this man's point was utterly garbage and unnecessary.
