Why is everyone having a go at Chloe over this lol, not her fault the Pap stationed themselves outside her hotel to snap her as she left. Like thinkingoutloud said she could well just be covering herself from the rain as well

Strange to see people lamenting our celebrity obsessed culture while they fulminate over a picture of a girl leaving her hotel with her hood up
