I don't know, it's never a fake eviction because the public would surely have been voting for that
I don't really like when they give too much power over decisions to the HMs either.
What I'd like it be is all the other HMs are up and the 4 are safe (eventhough that'd mean KH is safe). I think it could be that too as I reckon BB want to save KH and Perez for another bit
