I never really saw any game in Victoria tbh. People like Lawon and Marcellas made really dumb moves but had some game to them. Pilar expresses herself really poorly but she got herself into a big alliance and knew the game a liiiittle bit. She also never made any painfully dumb decisions. I think she's really bad but not the worst ever... there are at least a hand full that are worse than her, probably more. Although Pilar was probably the worst ever at comps.. as bad, or worse, than Kathy from BB12. (Pilar did win one tho)

Pilar got involved in some decent game talk and because she was part of the big alliance she had a decent idea about the house dynamics in there.

I'm going with Victoria for worst because she pretty much had no clue what was going on the entire time. That's completely the way she came across. (I loved Victoria tho)
