I've had a host of health problems, which i now consider to be dairy and gluten intolerances, my problems were lethargy, fatigue, sinus congestion, memory problems, muscle weakness, painful periods, nausea, brain fog, concentration problems, depression, bloating, heartburn, insomnia and many more, since doing this diet my body gets all the nutrients it needs, and i found my issues have mostly cleared up, i have more energy, my brain actually started to communicate with my stomach and ask if it was hungry to which it replied no! And to put the cherry on the cake i was told twice last week that i look radiant!
Like i say i can't sing it's praises high enough, i have fell off the wagon (it was my birthday a couple of weeks ago) and my issues started to return, so for me it's a long term issue, look into stomach health as that's where your immunity is, if your stomach is weak your health will suffer.
