I don't think it was with intent of hurting him, it was just a quick, poorly thought out reaction to the situation. After watching it again, there wasn't much of a reaction time which makes me think that he didn't really
know what he was going to do. Yes, it was assault, but it wasn't assault with intent. I don't think it's something he should be ejected for, but it's definitely something he should be severely reprimanded for. He should be given a chance to control his anger to disallow it from happening again or else he won't learn.
