It's interesting that the OP highlighted that her vulnerability still remains despite being "famous" for a long time; I imagine that her vulnerability has been fed by being in the limelight as a reality star after being on a show which encourages the audience to judge people.

This is quite possible. My perspective was that fame often seems to result in people having to acquire a protective shell in order to deal with the increased attention thrown at them, especially if it's negative.
I agree with what you say about her self-worth being influenced by what men think of her. The fact that this seemingly remains the case after quite a while in the public eye is interesting.
