Tiffany has been brainwashed by Gemma into thinking that John is the Devil incarnate, hence the whole scripted talk between the two of them in the bathroom.
Tiffany now proceeds to try to poison other housemates against John because in Tiffany's eyes (and Gemma's) John is the competition. (This plants the seed to nom him when the time is right!)
