I think the "Canada Votes" part is just a way of saying what would Canada want? It says who
WOULD you keep as in if you had the choice but you actually don't.
Maybe I'm wrong and it will be something involving a Canada vote, but if it is I'm guessing it'd be a one time thing like the Risha/Pilar vote last year. Anyway I think the important part is the 'fake double eviction'.. Whatever that means, a fake double eviction sounds interesting (although possibly a little dumb).
