True but Love Island will flop harder than Big Brother. I think the reason Channel 5 don't advertise it is because I don't think they can justify the cost of marketing and advertising. 1M is good enough for them and yes ads could maybe bump them up to 1.5m/2m but I don't think that matters to them as they know they can keep it above 1M and that'll do. I wouldn't care if only 5 people watched it (I know that's not profitable) as long as it's on.
