I get both sides because it's obvious that Paulie was trying to reason with Frank without being obnoxious and having to worry about having a target on his back, but he shouldn't have been the one to have this talk with him in the first place. I realise he may have had good intentions but it should have been a female explaining why Frank's actions are wrong (imo anyway). Paulie just didn't do a good job of confronting him so I get why people would be annoyed by that, but like I said it's a game so it's somewhat understandable.
