I actually think Survivor is not bad when it comes to stereotyping the gay guy character tbh. Half the time I don't even know who the token gay guy is for a while and there are a few seasons where even to this day I don't know who the gay guy was
(if there's one on every season that is; maybe there just wasn't actually one on those seasons).
