Yeah I totally agree with that, I didn't mind the PM's personally and he was always friendly with it, and he only PM'd when he set up a new thread so it was maybe one PM every few days? So I wouldn't say it was constant, and easy enough to just ignore if you weren't interested (on that, can't you stop people from PMing you if they're on your ignore list?). Anyway yeah I get why it would be annoying but I think a permaban is a bit much when there are a lot of people who really liked him and he never hurt anyone
People have done much worse than be kinda annoying imo
