Dreamz and Phillip came to my mind immediately when I thought of this just now. Jason (Micronesia) just came to mind now as well. I'll probably try to think of a full list at some point but I'd like to see what others think.
EDIT: I think this would be a good way to get Alecia Holden back on the show even though she wasn't
that bad of a player. But the Mental Giant being such an early boot and making a lot of enemies early kinda fits the bill I guess.
