I think you'll find it was Chanelle who started the slanging match when Rebecca asked a simple question. "Where've you got this from, Chanelle", followed by "Don't start with me, Bitch".So how did that warrant the reply Rebecca received? Chanelle's mask had already slipped with what she said previously about Andrew, so don't sit there and pretend she didn't go in to cause trouble with certain HM's, when she obviously did.
