Because I daresay you could screenshot any advert/campaign/TV show/scene/artwork/cover and take it out of the context of its original presentation to make it look like something it isn't.

Well I don't either, which is why I said (in first post) that I would be fine with it if Dove had said that they expected certain people to try to twist the message, but that they believe in their positive message and wouldn't let internet loons dictate their actions.

My issue is with the idea that it never crossed their minds at all. It's just... BS. It did. It must have.
