Anyway, I don't see that it's "sick" to do this type of thing. It just highlights the person's desperation. In his mind he won't be using his father's memory in any sick way(since he most likely did love him and does miss him) .. he's simply dialling into his sadness at a time of convenience. You're doing a very good job of stating your opinions as though they are facts. You shouldn't be too arrogant in claiming that you know people, especially when nobody else agrees with you.
